Shipping & Returns

Preferred Shipping Method
To get your order to you as quickly as possible, we may need to split it into multiple shipments.

Shipping and Handling Charges

iDigPonds.com used multiple carriers. Most orders ship within two business days, many the same day. All products sold by iDigPonds.com do not include shipping & processing costs unless otherwise noted. Products that feature free shipping are shipped by the most economical option such as FedEx Ground. Note: Express shipping options such as "FedEx 2 Day", "FedEx Standard Overnight" and "FedEx Priority Overnight" are not included in the "Free Shipping" price. Please call customer service if you require express shipping on an item marked as "Free Shipping."

Keep in mind that freight companies & FedEx do not count weekends, holidays, or the day of shipment in their delivery times. For example, packages shipped FedEx 2 Day on Friday will not be delivered on Sunday, but rather Tuesday.  Most ground shipping orders arrive 5-10 business days. 

Packages in excess of 150 lbs or are physically too large to ship via FedEx are usually shipped via a Freight Trucking company. Freight quotes for large items will be given via email or by phone. Freight companies uses large, 40' long semi trucks so your location must be easily accessible for the truck to make the delivery and turn around. Off-loading your package from the truck is your responsibility, although sometimes the driver will assist you. Under no circumstances will iDigPonds.com be held liable for unloading your product or additional delivery charges incurred if your ship-to address is inaccessible to the delivery truck.

iDigPonds.com will help coordinate delivery time with the shipping companies. iDigPonds.com cannot guarantee delivery times and will not be held responsible for costs associated with delayed product delivery, including but not limited to labor stand-by charges or equipment rental.

iDigPonds.com only ships inside the contiguous lower 48 states.

Returning Merchandise

You MUST email or call iDigPonds.com to receive an RA# (Return Authorization #) from us for your return to assure proper credit. The products we sell come from several different manufacturers and thus need to be returned to the correct place with correct RA#s, do not return items to iDigPonds.com. If the proper return procedure is not followed it may incur error and credit may not be applied correctly or excess shipping costs incurred.

When you receive your order, always keep the paperwork that is included with it in case you wish to return or exchange an item. Also, save any emails you receive about you order, as they may provide important information.

Returns can only be requested within 21 days of the product shipment date. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Returned items must be in their original packaging and in new condition, or they will be rejected and sent back to you. Contact us with any questions.

A restocking fee may apply to returned items and/or items that have been order at check out & then canceled after the payment has gone through. This is case by case and will be addressed at the time the RA# is assigned.

Defective Returns
If the item you wish to return is inoperable but has no apparent damage, it is considered defective. If you receive defective merchandise, please email or call iDigPonds.com for assistance.

Damaged Returns
Damaged merchandise includes items that have been damaged in shipping. If a shipment arrives at your door with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please call the merchant shipper immediately. You'll find contact information for the merchant shipper in the product box.

If you receive damaged merchandise, please save all packaging material and paperwork -- do not throw anything away! If you attempt to return the merchandise yourself, you jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.

Order Questions or Changes
If you have recently placed an order via the iDigPonds.com shopping service and need information about it or would like to change it, there are a number of ways to contact us. Since we begin processing your order immediately after we receive it, modifications are usually not possible.  Please email kym@idigponds.com or call toll free 877-434-4766

Limits of Responsibility
We accept no responsibility for user initiated damage and/or loss of parts incurred during operation or use of product.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless iDigPonds.com, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants, and agents from any and all claims, liability (including product liability), damages, and/or costs (including, but not limited to, attorneys' fees) that arise from your use of any of iDigPonds.com services.

Price and/or Description Changes
All prices, pictures, and descriptions on this site are subject to change. We maintain no responsibility for inadvertent errors. Please contact us within 30 days regarding price or promotion discrepancies.

When you place your order with us, you agree to the price and terms indicated on our Web site. Price differences related to future or past prices in our store or any other store are not refundable.
